If you have forgotten your password
or you are receiving errors when you try to reapply for a certificate,
you will need to delete all certificate information from your
Netscape Profile.
| 1. Select "Edit" - "Preferences...". |

the navigation tree, and then click "Master
Passwords".
Click the "Reset
Password" button. |
