   Forgotten Password Instructions - Netscape 7.x

If you have forgotten your password or you are receiving errors when you try to reapply for a certificate, you will need to delete all certificate information from your Netscape Profile.

1. Select "Edit" - "Preferences..."

2. Select the "Privacy & Security" in the navigation tree, and then click "Master Passwords". Click the "Reset Password" button.
